George delivered a fantastic service- I am very pleased. It is clear that George is very experienced and knowledgeable about a range of different pests. His customer service was excellent too. Also went above and beyond and provided advice on sealing vent holes even though this was unrelated to the primary problem. Thank you George.Posted on Google![]()

Pest2Control very helpful, polite on time and reassuring. Needed help with catching squirrel/s in loft space. With 3 visits, cost similar to other pest control groups that quoted. Great team to complete this task. Thank you 😊Posted on Google![]()

An excellent job. Had a mouse issue and George was thorough. One payment but three visits. Each time mice were caught but last time - none. Advice on blocking up the air vents also helpful. They also fitted the one way rat valve in the sewer. Great job.Posted on Google![]()

Much of the borough is suburban, with detached and semi-detached houses, bungalows and terraces built from the 1920s onwards, most of them with a garden front and back. When the weather turns cold, mice that spent the summer in gardens, hedges and allotments move indoors looking for warmth and food. That’s why calls about mice rise sharply from September, and why many homeowners find them in the same place year after year.
The usual entry points are gaps around pipes where they come through the outside wall, worn seals on back doors and garage doors, damaged air bricks and the gap where an extension or conservatory joins the house. Integral and attached garages are a very common route in. Our mice control service clears the mice, and rodent proofing closes the gaps so they don’t return next autumn.
Garages full of stored boxes, garden furniture and bird seed are ideal nesting sites. From there, mice often reach the house through gaps around the connecting door or up into the loft through the wall cavity. If you’ve found droppings in the garage, it’s worth checking the loft and kitchen too.
Patios, block-paved drives and garden paths laid right up against the house are perfect nesting spots for black garden ants. From spring onwards, the workers come through gaps along the bottom of walls, around door frames and under kitchen units looking for anything sweet, and on warm days in summer, flying ants can pour out of the same nest. Wiping away the trail or sprinkling powder only kills the ants you see. Our ant control service tracks them back to the nest and treats it at the source.
Tree-lined roads and large gardens in Cheam, Belmont and Carshalton, along with Nonsuch Park, Oaks Park, Carshalton Park and Beddington Park, give grey squirrels plenty of habitat. They often reach the roof by jumping from overhanging branches and get in through gaps at the eaves and under loose tiles. Inside, they shred insulation and chew electrical cables, which can be a fire risk. Our squirrel control page explains how we remove them and make the roof secure.
The River Wandle rises in the borough, with its springs and ponds at Carshalton and the river running through Beddington and Wallington. The green belt and farmland to the south, around the Oaks and Little Woodcote, also brings homes close to open fields. Rats living along the riverbanks and field edges move into gardens for food and shelter, especially where there are compost heaps, bird feeders, chicken runs and sheds with space underneath.
Once settled outside, rats look for a way into the house, usually through damaged air bricks, gaps around pipes or defects in the drains. Our rat control service finds where they’re living and how they’re getting in.
Allotments, vegetable patches and garden chickens are common across the borough, and all of them attract rats. Store feed in metal bins with tight lids, collect eggs daily, raise feeders off the ground and clear spilled food every evening. We plan any treatment carefully around pets and poultry.
Many homes in Cheam, Carshalton Beeches and Belmont have been in the same family for decades, with wool carpets, rugs, and wardrobes and loft spaces full of stored clothes, blankets and keepsakes. That’s exactly what carpet and clothes moths look for. The larvae feed in dark, undisturbed places: along the edges of carpets, under beds and heavy furniture, and inside bags of stored woollens. Irregular holes in jumpers or bare patches along the skirting are the usual signs. Moths are one of our specialist areas, and our carpet moth treatment page explains how we deal with them and how to protect what you’ve stored.
Family homes with cats and dogs are where most flea problems start, and fleas are often worst in late summer and autumn. Treating the pet alone rarely works, because most of the problem is the eggs, larvae and cocoons in carpets, rugs and sofas. Our flea treatment treats the house itself, while your vet treats the pets at the same time.
Sutton High Street, the town centre shopping centres and the high streets in Cheam, Carshalton, Wallington and Worcester Park have plenty of cafes, restaurants, takeaways and shops, and there are offices and trade units across the borough. Food businesses must show environmental health officers that pests are being controlled, and our commercial pest control contracts include regular visits arranged around your opening hours.
For landlords and letting agents with properties in the borough, we can inspect between tenancies and treat any problems before new tenants move in, so you start each tenancy with a property that’s clear.
We cover Sutton town centre, Cheam, North Cheam, Belmont, Carshalton, Carshalton Beeches, Wallington, Beddington, Hackbridge, Rosehill and Worcester Park, across the SM1, SM2, SM3, SM5, SM6 and KT4 postcodes.
We also cover neighbouring Croydon, Merton and Kingston upon Thames. See all the areas we cover.
Mice move into houses from gardens as the weather cools. If they keep coming back each year, the gaps they used haven’t been sealed. Proofing those gaps after treatment breaks the cycle.
We trace the ants back to the nest, which is often under paving slabs next to the house, and treat the nest along with the entry points and trails. That deals with the colony, not just the ants you see.
We plan every treatment around the people and animals at the property and explain exactly where treatment is placed and what precautions to take. Let us know what animals you have when you book.
