We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill, using qualified, Level 2 certified technicians and methods appropriate to the pest and the property. We carry full public liability insurance. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the price paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Pest2Control Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse any of it without our written permission.
